All of the fly patterns I offer for the warm water fishery have been very effective for Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Peacock Bass, Trout, Musky and Pike. Not only have they been effective but fun to fish with, especially the Diver and the Turbo Frog. A note on the Diver; this pattern has been working very well in saltwater for Snook, Barramundi, Stripers and many others species as well. I fish the Diver for Striper like I do for the Floating Minnow using an intermediate fly line "strip and stop." At the stop of your retrieve you will give the fly the time to float towards the surface; this is the time when the fish is most likely to strike and again you should use a leader at least 12 inches.
