Description
I use EP® PLASTIC EYES in all my streamer fly patterns and the reason is very simple - I believe the trigger point of a predator fish is in the eyes and the gills. These eyes are not only three-dimensional and realistic, but add a little weight to the fly as well.
My preference for attaching these eyes is with ZAP glue and a cautery tool. Check out the video in my Tips & Tricks section where I show you how easy it is to add these eyes to your fly.
There are a lot of options out there for plastic eyes, we source a high quality product made for us in Japan - beware of other cheap plastic eyes out there!
