Shipping & Exchange/Return Policies
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $99 shipped within the Continental United States. Those in Hawaii, Alaska, and all other areas worldwide must pay actual shipping. Free shipping does not apply to those in our EP Programs, such as Dealers, Captains & Guides, and Commercial Fly Tyers. We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. When shipping with UPS we participate in their Carbon Neutral program. We ship to addresses in the United States as well as internationally. Orders generally ship the same day but may take up to 72 hours to process. International orders are charged a shipping deposit at checkout which will later be updated to an actual shipping price based on location and service.
2. Exchanges & Returns
Your satisfaction is our guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased we would be happy to exchange it or issue you a full refund. To initiate an exchange / return please contact us at 516-676-2450 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receiving your order, with details of the order, items you would like to send back, and the items you would like to exchange it for. Once you have received a Return Authorization Number from us you will send the items to:

All items you are exchanging / returning must be returned in the same condition you received it in; new and unused, in the original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached. Items received in a condition that Enrico Puglisi LTD deems repackaging must occur are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Enrico Puglisi LTD reserves the right to determine whether an item needs to be repackaged. Items received that Enrico Puglisi LTD deems have been used and are no longer in new condition will not be eligible for return. Enrico Puglisi LTD reserves the right to determine whether an item has been used and is not eligible for return.
Shipping charges for all exchanges / returns must be prepaid and insured by you, on both shipping of the returned item to us, and shipping of the exchanged item back to you. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipment back to us, so we highly recommend you ship insured and with a tracking number.
If you receive an item you believe to be defective, please contact us with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail whether we will issue a refund or replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. You are not responsible for any shipping charges on items deemed defective.

We will continue shipping orders placed on our online store while it remains safe to do so. There may be a delay in processing as we are operating with a single employee, limited hours, and a changed daily routine to accommodate additional cleaning and disinfecting.
